I am a driven individual, with a sharp and pragmatic mindset that naturally makes me set and accomplish realistic yet ambitious goals. I do that with a great personality, a glass half full attitude, and by creating a very pleasant work environment around me. Having led teams of front-end developers and UX designers, I’ve always valued empathy, which led me to the UX world where I found my passion for understanding users’ needs and feelings. My curiosity about people, thoughts, and technology has driven me to identify problem statements and define valuable products, implement structured agile processes for the UX/UI team, and continuously contribute to research and analytics best practices. With a blend of mathematical thinking and empathetic communication, I’ve ideated flows, created wireframes and prototypes, and collaborated closely with development teams to ensure alignment of designs with backend specifications. My leadership style emphasizes mentorship, accountability, and advocacy for the user, ensuring that the customer’s voice is heard across the entire product experience. Through ongoing mentorship and collaboration, I strive to create lovable products and drive continuous improvement in the user experience.

  • Identify problem statements and define most valuable products.
  • Roadmap product development and present to stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain and prioritize the design backlog.
  • Implement processes that allow the UX/UI team to seamlessly work in a structured agile environment.
  • Research usability, compile feedback, define trends and create personas.
  • Idealize flows that take into account the goal of the user.
  • Create UX, UI and Visuals for complex applications with a strict focus on the user(s).
  • Create wireframes and prototypes with concise specific and clear instructions for the development team
  • Collaborate closely with front and back-end development teams to ensure alignment of designs and back end specifications 
  • Recruiting and interview candidates.
  • Continually mentor your design team to discuss, collaborate, and define patterns and research practices.

  • Plan for product area improvements to help our customers accomplish their goals as efficiently and effectively as possible.
  • Oversee sprint deliverables so that the intended customer’s experience is protected.
  • Advocate and evangelize UX processes across stakeholder touchpoints.
  • Be the primary advocate for the user across the entire product experience helping others understand the customer’s voice.
  • Report on product area findings and recommendations to cross-functional and design teams.
